In 1998, Mike successfully joined the executive recruitment profession with an emphasis on top-level finance placements. He quickly excelled, gaining a greater understanding of the complex relationships between finance and entire enterprises.
In 2002, Mike established his own independent recruiting business. This empowered him to develop and maintain expertise in the finance track, while building strength in nearly all disciplines of business. He enjoys the challenge of building teams, whether vertical, horizontal, matrix form and/or corporate-wide.
Since his first placement in the world of Big Data at the turn of the century, and most significantly since 2005, Mike has developed significant expertise related to information, from marketing and credit risk concentrations to fundamental efficiency. This is an important note, as the world of information is still in its infancy. For people entering this field today, the future is very bright.
